Chun Gymnastics is the first contingent from Malta to take part in the World Gymneastrada. This is an FIG (International Gymnastics Governing Body) recognised event, which took place in Dornbirn, Austria from the 7th to the 13th of July 2019 and Amsterdam, Netherlands from the 30th July to the 5th of August 2023, encompassing more than 60 nations and 20,000 participants. World Gymnaestrada is the world's biggest gymnastics festival, where various countries showcase their talent through various gymnastics and acrobatic performances shown on live broadcasts. A total number of 90 gymnasts and coaches from our club took part in 2019 and 2023!

It is a GFA (Gym for All) event that occurs every four years, and this year in 2023 we managed to raise enough money for the Gymnaestrada event to cover the cost of the costume, kit (tracksuit, 2 shorts, 3 t-shirts & a bag), pins & flags for each Maltese participant. The next World Gymnaestrada shall be held in 2026, Portugal!
