1992
Mr. Albert Chun moved to the island of Malta.
1994
Chun Gymnastics was founded with the aim of including gymnastics in primary and secondary school P.E.
1996
Malta Gymnastics federation was founded, and Mr. Chun was appointed president.
2004
The first Gymfest was created.
2015
2 silver medals were won by Peppijna Dalli from CGŸ, in the Small nation games, Reykjavik, Iceland.
2016
The first time Malta participated in the Gymnastics World Championships, Glasgow.
2018
MOC awarded the Hall of Fame of Gymnastics to Mr. Chun.
2019
The first Maltese contingent to participate in World Gymnaestrada, Austria.
